Galati Yacht Sales is excited about heading into the fall show season after a very busy summer of cruising and fishing in the Gulf of Mexico and around the globe. With the Ft. Lauderdale International, Ft. Myers and St. Petersburg Boat Shows rounding out our Fall Show season, we are quite excited with having the opportunity to showcase the new Viking and Princess models at our remaining events. These events will complete an excellent year for us with boat shows and encourage all our customers to come out and join us.
2011 has been a busy year for Team Galati, we sponsored many events for our customers and team members to enjoy the water. We increased our Rendezvous’ to 14 and participated and/or hosted over 20 Local, Regional and International Tournaments enjoying the revitalization of the Gulf of Mexico, beautiful waters of Costa Rica and Bahamas, we even fished several new Tournaments in the Atlantic Ocean up to the New Jersey Coast. A great fishing and cruising season for our customers to recreate with Team Galati especially since the unfortunate events with the BP Horizon oil spill in 2010. We are happy to announce record levels of attendance for both. We are committed to recreating and educating our customers through Rendezvous, Tournaments and Ladies at the Helm programs. As Michael Sr. and Anna Maria stated countless times and a belief we live by today; “if you always take care of your customer, they will always take care of you”. Marine Five Star Dealership Certification is an industry standards program developed in a cooperative effort by boat manufacturers, dealers, and engine builders, as part of an industry-wide effort to develop programs focused on delivering an excellent boating experience. The program provides dealers with a set of criteria designed to create continuous improvement across all departments and, in turn, develop processes for meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Galati Yacht Sales has been a part of this certification program since its inception by becoming a pilot dealer for this national industry program and are proud to be re-certified again.
